E-mail Accounts

1.
Go to "Tools" in the top menu and
click on "E-mail Accounts" |

In the new window. Select "Add a new e-mail account"
and click "Next" |

| 3.
Select "POP3" and click "Next"
|

4.
Fill-in your "User Information",
"Server Information" and "Logon Information"in
this screen. For MyHostGate Systems's clients; by default, the Incoming
mail server(POP3) will be pop.localdns.com and the Outgoing
mail server(SMTP) will be smtp.localdns.com. Please
refer the Server Configuration File for more information. |

5.
Click "Next" and you've just completed
setting up your email account. You can now
send/receive your e-mail from Microsoft Outlook 2003. |
